🧾 1. Digital Products – Instant Access

All products sold on HippoSmart are 100% digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment.
This includes downloads, templates, tools, software, and access credentials (where applicable).
No physical goods are shipped.

🔁 2. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, we understand that issues can occur.
We will offer a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • 🛠️ The product is defective or unusable, and support cannot resolve it

  • 🚫 The product was purchased in error and not yet downloaded or accessed

  • 🧾 Duplicate purchases (accidental repeated orders)

  • ⚠️ The description was significantly misleading (very rare)

Each request is handled manually and fairly.

Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Screenshots or details (if applicable)

  • Confirmation that the product hasn’t been downloaded (if claiming a mistaken purchase)

We’ll respond within 2 business days and let you know the outcome.

📦 4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in these cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing

  • You didn’t read the product description

  • You don’t have the required software or system to use the product

  • The product was used or modified

  • You want a refund outside the allowed timeframe

🕒 5. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Funds are returned to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, card etc.)
