Delivery and Returns

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Europe. Delivery is free for eligible European destinations, as shown at checkout.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery time is up to 10 days after order processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking information once it ships.

3. Order Verification

In rare cases we may contact you to confirm order or delivery details before dispatch. This may add to the overall delivery time — we’ll keep you informed if this happens.

4. Product Eligibility

Some destinations or quantities may be subject to local import or pharmaceutical regulations. If we’re unable to fulfil your order due to regulatory restrictions in your country, we’ll contact you and issue a full refund.

5. Returns & Exclusions

Once an order has shipped, we cannot accept returns of medication for safety and regulatory reasons. This applies to all orders, without exception, once the package has left our facility.

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

Your order arrives damaged
You received the wrong item
Your order was lost in transit or never delivered
